At ATSAR, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our collections—especially handcrafted and heritage items—we follow a transparent and fair returns and refunds policy.

Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging intact

Clear photographs or video evidence must be provided
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Handcrafted or made-to-order items

Carpets, Pashmina shawls, and other heritage products

Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Please note:
Minor variations in color, weave, embroidery, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only after a return request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Approved refunds apply only to:

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched

Orders for handcrafted or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun

Approved cancellations will be refunded as per the refund timeline mentioned above
International Orders
For international orders:

Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for delays or non-delivery caused by customs clearance or regulatory procedures
