Returns & Refunds Policy

At ATSAR, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our collections—especially handcrafted and heritage items—we follow a transparent and fair returns and refunds policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging intact

  • Clear photographs or video evidence must be provided

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Handcrafted or made-to-order items

  • Carpets, Pashmina shawls, and other heritage products

  • Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Please note:
Minor variations in color, weave, embroidery, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after a return request has been reviewed and approved by our team.

Approved refunds apply only to:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items sent

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Slight color or design variations

  • Delays caused by customs or courier partners


Refund Process

Once a return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched

  • Orders for handcrafted or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded as per the refund timeline mentioned above


International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays or non-delivery caused by customs clearance or regulatory procedures

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or video evidence

Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
