  • International: 3–5 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Certain handcrafted or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. Customers will be notified if extra processing time is needed.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–14 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping across India

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier serviceability, and local conditions. Remote or non-metro locations may require additional transit time.


🌍 International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 14–21 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping Charges:

International orders are shipped using reliable global logistics partners. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or regulatory requirements in the destination country.


🧵 Handcrafted & Heritage Items

Products such as handcrafted carpets, Pashmina shawls, and other artisan-made items may require additional preparation due to their handmade nature.

  • Additional Processing Time: 5–10 business days (if applicable)

In such cases, customers will be informed via email regarding extended timelines.


📦 Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the courier system.

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • ATSAR does not have control over customs delays or additional charges imposed by destination countries.
